In your initial consultation, we’ll assess your current health and nutrition status, diet history, physical activity habits, and usual food patterns and preferences. Whether your goal is weight management, meal planning, or overall health and wellness improvements. I will monitor your progress, hold you accountable, and help you stay focused on your goals. Clients can be met virtually for coaching via phone calls or video calls, or session can be met in person if you reside in Manhattan, Kansas.
